Reset your Windows 10 PC
Written by digitalwelcomematFollowing are the instructions on how to reset or reset and erase your Windows 10 PC. Regardless of what you do here make sure you have a good, current, tested backup first.
- Open windows settings (Windows button then settings "cog")
- Search for reset
- Chose reset this PC
- Chose reset this PC (get started)
- Chose either keep my files (and apps) or remove everything. If you remove everything make sure you have a backup of all your data and disks/passwords/product keys so you can reinstall.
