Once your email signature has been created and copied to the appropriate folder in Windows. You will need to apply this signature in MS Outlook so that it starts getting attached to the bottom of new emails:
Open MS Outlook and chose the appropriate mail profile that you wish to apply a signature to (if there is more than one).
Click on the file tab in the office ribbon (see 1 Below)
Click on options (see 2 below)
Click mail (see 3 below) and then signatures (see 4 below)
Once you have the signatures and stationary dialog box open you can see a list of emails signatures (see 5 below) under this user logon (if there is more than one). You can click on any signature in the list to preview its contents. Note that if your email signature has been professionally created don’t edit it here, if changes need to be made request a new one is created for you with the correct details.
Under the chose default signature section choose the email signature you would like for "new messages" (see 6 below) and optionally chose the same one or another one for "replies/forwards" (see 7 below). Often it’s a good idea to have a simple less graphic heavy email signature for replies to make the email thread shorter and easier to read.
Once you have selected the appropriate signatures click "OK" as required to save and return to Outlook.
Create and send a test email to another PC or device to test that the signature looks as expected and that any images are correctly showing.
Your changes will be fully saved when you next logoff your PC. [End]
